I'll check the reg if I see a 964 on the street, but the chances are pretty minimal given all the license plate cameras round here - if it was driving around on those plates it'd already have been picked up.
Seriously, though, Chelsea? Fuck it, he can buy another out of loose change. You can't buy a house in the area for under about $5m.
